Here are some key points to remember for scheduling your appointment:

• To book your MRI appointment, we require a completed and signed referral form from your general practitioner, family doctor or specialist.

• After receiving the requisition from the referring doctor, the patient will be contacted within 2 business days to book the appointment.

• Patients can expect an appointment for routine exams within 2 business days.

• A report will be faxed to your doctor within 2 business days following your appointment.

• Professional and dedicated staff is available to answer any of your questions.

• Your doctor will have access to your MR images directly at his office through our secure Web-enabled image viewing system.
